A wide range of pre-laminated board finishes is available in both matte and glossy melamine textures. Over 50 colour and wood-grain options can be selected, including popular shades such as Maple, Beech, Teak, Mahogany, Cherry, and other contemporary wood finishes. Core Material & Construction:

The grooved wooden slats are manufactured using high-density MDF or HDF boards with a density range of 700–800 kg/m³. Typical panel size is 128 × 2440 mm, featuring precision-cut grooves of 2–4 mm width at 28 mm centre-to-centre spacing, designed for optimal sound absorption. Panels are backed with black acoustic fleece for enhanced acoustic performance.

Installation & Acoustic Backing:

Panels are installed on a GI grid framework (50 × 32 mm) fabricated from 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel, finished with plywood strips for a seamless appearance. The grid system, sized 600 × 900 mm, is securely fixed to the wall using screws. The cavity behind the panels is filled with 50 mm thick compressed rockwool insulation (48 kg/m³) conforming to IS 8183 standards, ensuring effective sound absorption and noise control.
